We have doctors covering 08:00 to 08:30 for emergency Monday to Friday. (It is not for booking appointments)

Telephone consultation

We have telephone consultation appointments on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 18:30 to 19:30.  Please call before 18:30 and one of the doctors will call you back.

Outside Surgery Hours

Please note that the surgery is closed from 18:30 until 08:30 the following day and closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.

If you need medical advice when the surgery is closed you should should dial 111 to speak to the NHS 111 service. The 111 service will assess your symptoms and if required refer you to the local on call duty doctor. The duty doctor will be on call for several surgeries and you will usually be asked to attend an emergency clinic so that the doctor can examine you.

Home visits can only be made for the genuinely housebound. The duty doctor is only available to deal with very urgent medical problems which cannot wait until the surgery reopens.

The NHS 111 service provides out of hours cover Monday to Friday and 24 hours Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Calls to NHS 111 are free from landlines and mobile phones.
